We implemented the Odoo ERP system using a Hybrid approach, combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Our team followed scrum practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and demos, ensuring seamless execution. The process involved creating a product backlog, conducting sprint reviews, refining the backlog, and holding stakeholder meetings. We adhered to standard project management techniques, focusing on planning, resources, quality, scope, time, risk, and communication management. A structured Change Management Process was applied for any scope, design, functionality, or integration changes.
